Pay Range (Approximate): $20.00 - $25.00+ per hour (※Range includes Tips)
Payrate: $16.90/hour + tips

Our IRVINE location is looking for enthusiastic individuals to fill the following position:

[RESTAURANT SERVER / WAITSTAFF - Part-Time ]

Greet, take orders, answer questions, and provide a guest-focused dining experience to patrons
Provide recommendations to guests regarding menu items and specials
Promote menu items and suggest add-ons to increase sales
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared to guest specifications
Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner
Anticipate guest’s needs and ensure a positive dining experience
Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Remove dishes promptly as guests complete each course.
Monitor table turnover and maintain efficient service
Ensure that tables and dining areas are clean and tidy
Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Follow all health and safety regulations
Notify management of unsafe conditions, accidents, and needed maintenance of tables, chairs, or equipment.
Uphold the integrity of the company’s brand name and brand image

Prior restaurant experience is preferred but Not Required
Ramen experience and Japanese language skill are a PLUS but Not Required.
California Food Handler Card preferred; not required for employment. Must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Employer pays for all training and time.

Our expansion into the US began in 2014 when we opened our first location in Costa Mesa, CA. Since our opening, we have received great feedback and support from many customers and have been fortunate to open several more locations with more planned soon. As we continue our expansion, we need enthusiastic people with good energy who genuinely enjoying making people smile!!
