Position: Cold Call Recruiter

Location: Newport Beach - this is not a remote position

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $65,000.00 Base salary, PLUS recruiting bonus

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Cold Caller to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, contacting, and engaging potential candidates through outbound calls and lead follow-up.

This is not an inbound call center position and is not an administrative role.

This position requires someone who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, can handle rejection with confidence, and is motivated by results.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about connecting with people, has strong communication skills, enjoys recruiting and building relationships, and brings a competitive mindset to succeed on a winning team. If you are driven, persistent, and energized by the challenge of turning cold leads into meaningful conversations, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- You will be expected to make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day to connect with potential candidates and follow up on leads.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various office locations. You will be held accountable for achieving appointment and hiring metrics

- You will need to be strong over the phone to set up appointments and achieve a strong show rate.

- Collaborate with branch managers to understand candidate profiles and bring on the very best candidates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM.

- Assist with other recruiting tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

- Expertise in cold calling. This is a must for this position.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM and recruiting software is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
