Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager with at least of 5 years in dental office as an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. As Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth workflow, supporting staff, and ensuring that all administrative functions are executed efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a productive and welcoming workplace.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Oversee multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and providing excellent customer service.
Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for executives and team members to optimize time utilization.
Maintain office supplies inventory, perform data entry, filing, and ensure all administrative records are up-to-date.
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
Support office management functions by organizing meetings, overseeing office cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Present treatments plans.
Conduct morning huddles.
Insurance verification.
Billing

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to support clients and visitors professionally.
Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse populations effectively.
Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
Knowledge of office management best practices combined with strong computer literacy and typing skills.
