We are expanding our kitchen team and seeking passionate culinary professionals who care deeply about every detail — big and small — to deliver the best possible experience for our guests.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Your energetic leadership will inspire the kitchen staff, foster a collaborative environment, and elevate our dining experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage diverse food production processes, and contribute to a thriving hospitality setting that values innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation for both fine dining and catering events
Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient shift management and adherence to food safety standards
Oversee inventory control and food management procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and maintaining high-quality food production standards
Ensure compliance with dietary department guidelines and accommodate special dietary requests with professionalism
Lead by example in food handling, sanitation practices, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
Coordinate banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for large events
Manage food service operations during shifts, including supervising bartenders and serving staff when necessary

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment, preferably with banquet or fine dining experience
Extensive culinary background with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management
Familiarity with inventory management systems and inventory control procedures
Demonstrated leadership abilities with team management experience in fast-paced settings
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation
Experience in catering services or large-scale event food production is highly desirable
Previous restaurant management experience is advantageous but not required
