We're looking for a creative who understands that marketing content isn't just about looking good—it's about helping businesses grow.
At Manski Media, we create everything from television commercials and brand videos to social media campaigns, website assets, digital ads, and more. Some days you'll be behind a camera. Other days you'll be editing videos, creating graphics, brainstorming campaign ideas, or helping bring marketing strategies to life.

What You'll Be Doing:
Social Media Content Creation
A large part of this role involves creating content for social media, including:
- Reels, Shorts, TikToks, and Stories
- Social graphics and ad creative
- Photo and video content capture
- Content editing designed to drive engagement, leads, and sales
- Brainstorming content ideas and campaign concepts
Video Production & Editing
- Capture video and photo content for clients
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Edit content for social media, websites, ads, YouTube, and TV
- Create both polished commercial work and fast-turn social content
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and color correction
Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Create graphics for social media, ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Assist with branding and creative development
- Maintain strong visual consistency across projects
You don't need to be a full-time graphic designer, but you should have a strong eye for typography, layout, branding, and design detail.
Marketing Mindset
We aren't looking for someone who simply creates content.
We're looking for someone who understands why content works.
You should understand how content supports business goals, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales.
What We're Looking ForThe Technical Stuff
- Strong video shooting and editing skills
- Experience creating social media content
- Strong graphic design instincts
- Experience with Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
- After Effects experience is a major plus
- AI video generation and AI-assisted editing experience is highly desired
- Photography, drone, and website experience are all bonuses

The reality is that technical skills can be taught. Attitude is much harder.

Work Schedule
This position will likely start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into additional hours or full-time work as the company and projects continue to grow.
This is an in-office only position in Bend, Oregon.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
