Full-Time | Exempt | $DOE | Monday–Friday | Full-Time In-Office

Are you an experienced HOA professional looking to join a collaborative team? AMS is seeking an Association Business Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with Boards of Directors, and can confidently balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Prior HOA management experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
Prepare for and attend Board meetings, including agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes.
Develop and monitor association budgets alongside the Accounting team.
Coordinate vendor bids, contracts, and maintenance projects.
Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance and compliance matters.
Respond to homeowner and Board inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee compliance programs and help resolve homeowner concerns.
Partner with internal support teams to ensure communities receive exceptional service.
Participate in after-hours phone coverage and attend evening Board meetings as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Prior HOA management experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working directly with Boards of Directors and vendors.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

CMCA®, AMS®, or PCAM® designation, or willingness to obtain required certifications.
Property management experience with homeowner or condominium associations.
Experience preparing budgets, coordinating projects, and managing vendor relationships.
