Norris & Stevens, Inc. is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-Time Property Manager to oversee Sun Brook Apartments and Maple View Apartments—two boutique apartment communities totaling just 38 apartment homes in desirable Beaverton neighborhoods.

Maple View is nestled in Beaverton's established Vose neighborhood just off SW Allen Boulevard, while Sun Brook is tucked away in the quiet Aloha/Cooper Mountain area just off SW 188th Court, offering residents convenient access to shopping, dining, parks, major employers, and commuter routes while maintaining a peaceful residential atmosphere.

Unlike large communities with hundreds of apartments, you'll have the opportunity to truly get to know your residents, take pride in your communities, and make a visible impact every single day.

What You'll Do

As the onsite Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both communities while providing outstanding customer service to current and future residents.

Responsibilities include:

Leasing apartments and conducting community tours
Building positive relationships with current and prospective residents
Coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
Rent collection and resident account management
Scheduling and coordinating maintenance requests and outside vendors
Performing routine property inspections
Preparing notices, reports, and resident correspondence
Marketing available apartment homes and maintaining occupancy goals
Ensuring both communities remain clean, welcoming, and professionally maintained
Working closely with regional leadership to achieve operational goals

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

Loves working with people and providing exceptional customer service
Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Takes ownership and pride in their work
Enjoys solving problems and thinking proactively
Can confidently prioritize multiple responsibilities
Is comfortable working independently while remaining a strong team player
Communicates professionally both verbally and in writing
Has basic computer skills and is willing to learn property management software
Wants to build a long-term career with an established company

Property management experience is preferred, but not required. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and desire to learn.

Compensation

$1,285 per month cash salary
$1,300 per month rent credit toward the onsite two-bedroom manager apartment
