What You Bring

Minimum of 3 years of baking experience in restaurants, catering, healthcare dining, bakeries, or commercial kitchens
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, measurements, and ingredient conversions
Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain upon hire
HACCP knowledge or willingness to complete HACCP training
Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and food safety standards
Knowledge of commercial kitchen and bakery equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Must be at least 18 years old
Dependable, organized, and quality-focused
