As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team and manage our financial operations with precision and efficiency.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to work under the direction of our CFO in overseeing our financial records. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking full ownership of accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in bookkeeping, billings, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card statements
Oversee job costing and expense tracking for multiple projects
Assist in financial planning and provide insights on cost control and profitability
Maintain accurate records and implement best practices in financial management

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience in the construction or home-building industry is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
