May require use of medium weight hand tools and climbing/working from ladders or in awkward positions.</p></li><li><p>Environment: Frequent Exposure to unfavorable conditions such as all-weather, or working in cramped, dirty, or unpleasant quarters.</p></li><li><p>Hazards: Frequent existing or potential hazards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Typical Physical Efforts, Environmental Factors, and Hazards</p><ul><li>Lift up to 50 lbs (30 minutes, daily)</li><li>Work in heat from dishwasher (30 min, multiple times daily)</li><li>Work in freezer with temps at or near - 10 degrees Fahrenheit (30 min, 3-4 times weekly)</li><li>Use cleaning chemicals (30 min, multiple times daily)</li><li>On feet standing (several hours, daily)</li><li>Repetitive motions such as reaching, stopping, pulling, crouching, etc. (2 hours, multiple times daily)</li><li>Work outside at events or travel to events in inclement weather (3 hours, frequency is subject to weather)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills, abilities, knowledge, licenses, certifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Handle fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions</p></li><li><p>Self-motivator, self-driven, time managed, and multi-tasker</p></li><li><p>Basic handyman knowledge and or skills is helpful</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for 3 years and reliable transportation</p></li><li><p>Must be able to pass/comply with background, driver’s record, and reference checks</p></li><li><p>MUST have experience operating a box truck</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel</p></li><li><p>ServSafe FSM certificate (After Hire)</p></li><li><p>Non-CDL campus truck driving certification (After Hire)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer in return:</b></p><p>This position comes with fantastic benefits, including:</p><ul><li><p>401k.
