Medicare Insurance Representative
Location: Lehi, Utah (In-Office, Full-Time)
Pay: $18.00 – $50.00 per hour (base + commissions + bonuses)

No Insurance License? No Problem.

You do not need an insurance license to apply.

EverLife will pay for your training, pre-licensing courses, exam fees, and state licensing costs to help you become a licensed Medicare Insurance Representative. If you are not currently licensed, we will guide you through the licensing process before you begin selling.

If you are already licensed, you can begin working immediately.

Position Summary

As a Medicare Insurance Representative, you will assist clients in understanding their Medicare coverage options and help them enroll in plans that best meet their healthcare needs.

This is a W-2 employee position, not a contract or independent agent role. EverLife provides leads, paid training, and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Speak with clients by phone or in person to understand their healthcare needs
Educate clients about Medicare plan options in a clear and compliant manner
Assist clients with applications and enrollments
Document client interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
Work toward performance goals in a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

No insurance license required (we will sponsor and pay for your licensing)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Professional, friendly, and coachable attitude
Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful but not required
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to work full-time in person at our Lehi, Utah office (Monday–Friday)

Compensation

Base pay starting at $18/hour plus commissions and bonuses
Top performers can earn $50+/hour based on results

Actual earnings vary based on performance and experience.
