What We Offer:

Base Salary: $110k - $120K
Paid Training
Tuition Waiver: Enjoy a tuition waiver after 6 months of employment for you AND your immediate family offered at UTI and Concorde campuses

Responsibilities:

Lead the Education Revolution: Drive daily operations, oversee budgets, and cultivate an exceptional Education team.
Craft the Ultimate Student Experience: Nurture, train, and motivate your team to provide outstanding education and support services.
Champion Compliance and Integrity: Ensure UTI's operations adhere to legal standards and accrediting bodies.
Build an All-Star Team: Establish and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through effective training and development.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Business Administration or Management preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership or management roles

Skills

Project Management and strategic thinking prowess.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong people and leadership abilities.
Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
