This isn’t just about typing fast (though that helps); it’s about bringing sharp focus, consistency, and a love for structure to a team that values what you do.

What You’ll Be Doing

Accurately enter, review, and update data to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
Gather and interpret information from various sources such as documents, emails, and digital files.
Identify and correct inconsistencies or errors before they affect workflows.
Maintain organized and secure storage of both digital and physical records.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

What You’ll have the opportunity to learn:

Spotting details that matter to keep everything compliant and up to company standards
Managing your time and priorities to hit deadlines in the fast-paced mortgage world
Finding ways to make data entry and loan processing quicker and easier
Why data accuracy is a big deal in making sure loans get processed without hiccups

Basic Qualifications

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Windows with solid technical skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
