Dental Office Coordinator

Work requirements: Full-time, 8-hour shifts; in-person.

Experience: Must have 3 years of dental office and insurance verification and billing experience.

Pay range: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience).

The ideal candidate can set an example for our team of professionals, provide direction within the practice, and help maintain smooth daily operations at the direction of the owner, Dr. Meden. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a go-getter attitude are essential.

Responsibilities Include:

Support front-office operations, including answering phones, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and assisting patients with treatment and financial planning.
Build strong relationships with patients, doctors, and team members while maintaining professionalism and poise in a fast-paced environment.
Stay highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing tasks using Dentrix and other internal systems.
Conduct face-to-face consultations and educate patients on treatment and financing options throughout their decision-making process.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills with an outgoing, confident, and rapport-building presence; is highly organized and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement; and is a natural leader who sets an example for the team while representing the office with professionalism at all times. They should have at least three years of dental office experience, with sales experience being a plus, and be able to stay positive and work effectively under pressure while supporting both administrative and sales duties.
