Lead Marketing for 18 Dental Offices Across Utah

Professional Dental is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing & Advertising Director to lead marketing strategy and advertising for our network of 18 dental offices throughout Utah.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who knows how to generate new patients, build a strong brand, manage advertising budgets, and use data to drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute the overall marketing and advertising strategy for 18 dental offices.
Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
Develop strategies to increase qualified leads, new-patient appointments, and practice growth.
Manage and optimize marketing and advertising budgets.
Track key metrics including leads, cost per lead, new-patient acquisition, conversion rates, and return on advertising spend.
Oversee SEO, social media, website marketing, email marketing, reputation management, and local marketing initiatives.
Develop advertising campaigns, promotions, creative content, and patient-focused messaging.
Maintain consistent branding across all Professional Dental locations.
Work directly with office managers and leadership to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage outside marketing agencies, vendors, media partners, and other marketing resources.
Monitor competitors and marketing trends within the Utah dental market.
Create clear marketing reports and recommendations for leadership.
Continuously test and improve campaigns based on performance data.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of marketing, advertising, or growth-marketing experience.
Experience managing marketing programs across multiple locations preferred.
Strong experience with digital advertising and lead generation.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, analytics, and digital marketing.
Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
Experience working with agencies and outside vendors.
A proven track record of connecting marketing activity to measurable business results.
Dental or healthcare marketing experience is a plus.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is strategic, creative, analytical, and results-oriented.

You should be comfortable developing a marketing strategy, managing advertising campaigns, reviewing performance data, and working directly with leadership and individual dental offices to drive growth.

Experience in a multi-location healthcare, dental, franchise, or consumer-services organization is highly valued.
