Social Media Manager

In-Office | Lehi, Utah

Role Summary

Property Management Inc. (PMI) is seeking an in-office Social Media Manager to lead PMI Corporate’s organic social media strategy and day-to-day content execution.

This role owns the organic content engine from planning through publishing, while also supporting related digital marketing needs such as campaign content, website updates, email content, basic reporting, and lead-generation alignment.

The ideal candidate is a strong content creator, organized social media operator, and practical marketer who can turn brand priorities, company stories, campaigns, and audience insights into high-quality content across social and digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Social & Content Creation

Own and execute PMI Corporate’s organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Build and manage a structured content calendar aligned to brand priorities, campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
Produce platform-native content, including short-form videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, educational clips, testimonials, and event recaps.
Write on-brand captions and content in PMI’s professional-casual voice while adapting content by platform and audience.
Track organic performance, including growth, reach, engagement, saves, shares, clicks, audience insights, and top-performing content.

Community, Brand & Reputation Support

Monitor comments and DMs; respond professionally and route inquiries to the right internal teams when needed.
Identify audience questions, objections, and engagement patterns that can be turned into future content.
Capture in-office, event, and stakeholder-driven content that strengthens PMI’s brand credibility.
Maintain organized creative libraries, including raw footage, finished edits, captions, thumbnails, templates, and reusable assets.

Paid Social & Campaign Alignment

Collaborate with the Director of PMI Corporate Marketing to align organic content themes with paid campaign messaging and creative direction.
Provide organic performance insights, including which hooks, topics, formats, and creative styles are resonating.
Create ad-ready organic assets, including video variations, captions, thumbnails, testimonials, and short-form content concepts.
Support campaign launches with organic companion content that reinforces paid messaging across social and digital channels.

Digital Marketing Support

Support website content updates, campaign pages, blog/content publishing, and digital resource pages as needed.
Repurpose social and long-form content into blog posts, landing page sections, email content, downloadable resources, and campaign snippets.
Assist with basic SEO-minded content improvements, including titles, descriptions, page copy, internal links, and content structure.
Use basic UTM and GA4 reporting practices to help connect content performance to campaign and lead-generation goals.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years managing brand social media with clear examples of improving content performance.
Strong short-form video skills, including planning, filming, editing, publishing, and repurposing.
Strong copywriting and creative instincts with a high standard for brand quality.
Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and Meta content best practices; comfort adapting content by platform.
Highly organized and comfortable managing content calendars, approvals, publishing schedules, and creative assets.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with paid social creative workflows and how organic insights can inform paid testing.
Experience with WordPress, CMS tools, landing page builders, or website content publishing.
Basic understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, UTMs, SEO basics, and web traffic reporting.
Experience with email marketing, nurture content, or campaign content repurposing.
Familiarity with CRM, franchise, or automation tools such as FranConnect, LeadSimple, HubSpot, Zapier, or similar platforms.
