Full Job Description

We are seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service for our guests at weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings. This role requires excellent customer service skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings, buffet stations, and decorations.
Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt and attentive service.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event, including clearing tables and replenishing food or drink stations.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Assist with post-event breakdown, including packing up linens, stacking chairs, and resetting the space as needed.
Work collaboratively with the banquet team, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution.
Address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 16 and have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., food handler’s permit, alcohol service certification).
