Full Job Description

Bookkeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, extensive QuickBooks Online experience, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, preparing reports, and supporting monthly financial close activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping functions.
Prepare financial reports for management review.
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist warehouse operations when needed and contribute to overall team success.
Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Preparation and distribution of weekly financial reports

· Ordering of office supplies

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on QuickBooks Online experience.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
Experience processing payroll and maintaining payroll records.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to multitask and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Google drive.

· Starting pay for the first 90 days will be $18.50. Performance review and potential raise at the 90-day mark will be evaluated.

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated professional who takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting our team. If you are an experienced bookkeeper seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply. This position is part-time and the days/hours required may vary with most weeks averaging 2-3 days and 10-15 hours, with potential to work more supporting our warehouse team. Background checks and references are required.
