We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team in a contracted position with the potential to become full-time. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, a fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Position Details

Pay: $20/hour
Contract Length: 90 days
Schedule:
First 30 days: Approximately 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
Following 60 days: Approximately 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
Potential for full-time employment based on performance and office needs

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients professionally and courteously
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Verify insurance and update patient records
Handle intake forms and maintain accurate documentation
Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff
Assist with general front office and administrative duties

As for the Receptionist / Medical Assistant position we will need an individual to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

This position is Monday- Friday

We are looking for someone to start July 13th,2026!

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Respond to incoming emails in a timely manner.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Skills

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Bilingual/ Multilingual is a plus but not a requirement.
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
High school degree or college degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
