Part-Time Licensed Esthetician (Opportunity to Transition to Full-Time)

Dr. Phillips Medical Spa is a luxury medical spa committed to delivering exceptional patient care and advanced aesthetic treatments. We offer injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, massage therapy, medical-grade skincare, and customized facial services. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated Licensed Esthetician to grow with us.

Position Summary

We are seeking a part-time Licensed Esthetician with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business growth. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional esthetic services and creating an outstanding patient experience.

When not performing treatments, you'll assist our front desk team, help with daily operations, and create engaging social media content that showcases our treatments, products, and patient results.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a fast-growing medical spa.

ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities

Perform customized facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, acne treatments, LED therapy, and other advanced skincare services.
Conduct professional skin consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Educate patients on skincare products and home care routines.
Recommend treatment packages, memberships, and medical-grade skincare.
Maintain treatment rooms and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Keep accurate treatment notes and patient documentation.

Front Desk Support (During Downtime)

Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude.
Answer phones, texts, and emails.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Check patients in and out.
Process payments and maintain the reception area.
Assist with opening and closing duties.

Social Media & Marketing

Capture photos and videos of treatments (with patient consent).
Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Help promote specials, events, and educational skincare content.
Collaborate with management to grow our online presence.

Qualifications

Current Florida Facial Specialist or Esthetician License (Required)
Medical spa experience preferred
Experience with HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare treatments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong sales and retail recommendation skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable creating social media content and appearing on camera when needed
Willing to assist with front desk responsibilities during downtime
Team player with a strong work ethic
