The opportunity

This isn't a role where you'll prepare returns, send them for review and repeat the process all over again.

You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work.

Develop your review skills.

Build direct relationships with clients.

Support junior accountants.

And gain the experience that prepares you for your first management position.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and reviewing tax returns
Working across partnerships, S Corporations, trusts and high-net-worth individuals
Building long-term relationships with clients
Mentoring junior team members
Working closely with Managers and firm leadership
Developing the commercial and leadership skills needed to become a future Tax Manager

The goal isn't simply to hire another Tax Senior.

You'll work across a varied portfolio that includes:

Partnerships
S Corporations
High-net-worth individuals
Trusts
Non-profit organisations

Who this role suits

You already have public accounting tax experience and enjoy working with both individual and business tax clients.

You may be in a larger firm where your progression feels slow.
