Job Overview

O'Quinn Insurance Services is looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Office Administrator to be the face of our Ormond Beach office. If you enjoy meeting new people, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you. No insurance experience or license is required — we will train you.

As the first point of contact for clients walking in or calling our office, you'll set the tone for every visit. You'll greet guests, direct them to the right team member, answer the phones, and route calls. After a 60-day paid training period, you will also be able to answer simple insurance questions on your own.

This is an entry-level role with real opportunity to grow. We invest in our people — if you want to learn the insurance industry from the ground up, we'll help you get there.

Salary Range: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year

Requirements

Polite, well-spoken, and approachable demeanor
Strong computer knowledge and comfort navigating different systems
Genuine willingness to learn — intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Clean criminal background check
No insurance license required — 60 days of paid training provided

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly as they enter the office and alert the appropriate team member
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the right person
Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office environment
Answer simple insurance questions (after the 60-day training period)
Assist the team with light administrative tasks as needed
