Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health through expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and implant placements.
Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging to develop accurate diagnoses.
Deliver patient-centered care by explaining treatment options clearly, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring comfort throughout procedures.
Maintain precise medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques for efficient workflow and enhanced patient experience.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and terminology to continuously improve clinical skills and patient outcomes.

Experience

Proven experience working in a busy dental office or clinic environment with a strong background in general dentistry.
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex procedures including dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and anatomy relevant to oral health assessments.
Familiarity with infection control standards, HIPAA compliance, and documentation practices within healthcare settings.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients about their oral health effectively.
Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatrics is preferred.
