Full Job Description

A growing, service-based organization is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced branch office. This role is responsible for supporting office administration, coordinating field operations, partnering with sales, and leading an administrative team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

As the Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch while serving as a key partner to operations, sales, and field teams. Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and develop the branch administrative team.
Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Support the sales team with customer outreach, scheduling, and administrative needs.
Manage scheduling, invoicing, data entry, reporting, and office workflows.
Coordinate office resources, supplies, and equipment to support daily operations.
Monitor operational performance metrics and assist leadership with reporting.
Partner with Human Resources to facilitate onboarding, employment documentation, and other personnel-related administrative functions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings strong leadership, organization, and operational experience, including:

2 to 5 years of office management or operations leadership experience.
Experience supervising or developing administrative staff.
Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
Associate's degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Authorization to work in the United States.
