Full Job Description

Young At Heart is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Home Care Aides, and CNAs to provide one-one-one care for a client living in an assisted living community in Plainfield, IL,

In this role, you will provide compassionate one-on-one support while assisting with personal care, mobility, companionship, and other daily living activities based on the client's individual needs

We are currently seeking a dependable caregiver for 12-hour shifts for 1 (possibly 2) weekdays typically 7:00am-7:00pm and/or 7:00pm-7:00am (shift start and end times may vary on occasions) and for Saturdays 7:00am-7:00pm. The ability to have flexibility with shift start and end times and have flexibility to work weekdays daytime or overnight shifts is a plus!

This position typically offers approximately 24 hours per week, with opportunities for 36 hours based on client and staffing needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification preferred- We are willing to train great candidates for those that do not have experience
7:00am-7:00pm and/or 7:00pm-7:00am weekday availability plus 7:00am-7:00pm Saturday availability is required
Experience caring for individuals with dementia or memory loss is preferred.
Reliable transportation required
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to travel to client locations in Plainfield and surrounding Chicagoland communities.
Must successfully complete an IDPH criminal background check and fingerprinting.
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
