About the Role

We're seeking a Purchasing and Contract Administrator to join our Interior Construction division. This role sits at the intersection of contracts, procurement, and project administration. You'll serve as the connection between vendors, field teams, the business office, and clients, keeping projects moving smoothly from kickoff through closeout.

What You'll Do

Review, draft, and manage contract language to ensure accuracy and compliance
Process and manage vendor material orders, including tracking, follow-up, and issue resolution
Coordinate scheduling with Field Project Managers to keep material delivery and project timelines aligned
Administer AIA pay applications and contract submittals throughout the full project lifecycle, through closeout
Partner with the internal business office on project administration tasks
Serve as a resource and connection for client relations, ensuring clear and professional communication
Manage warranty and post-installation administrative services
Operate effectively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at once

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Experience with contract administration, purchasing, or procurement (construction industry experience a plus)
Familiarity with AIA contract documents and pay application processes
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under deadline pressure
Clear, professional communication skills for coordinating across vendors, field teams, and clients
A proactive, self-directed approach; comfortable owning a process from start to finish
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, business office staff, and leadership
