Full Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for planning and scheduling, support new product development, and inventory control to meet customer and planned inventory demands. Ensure optimization and operation of our ERP system; as well as document control system and records processes, retention and control.

leading in a culture of mutual trust and respect, teamwork and accountability, and customer satisfaction. Managing performance, adequacy and improvements to the Business Management System.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

· Manufacturing planning and scheduling, lean principles, and continuous improvement skills.

· Working knowledge of the company’s manufacturing capabilities; can read and interpret bills of materials and routings.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, collaborative, and motivational skills.

· Analytical problem solving and conceptual thinking skills.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time.
Ability to listen effectively, communicate clearly and maintain positive relationships, reliable, cooperative, with high attention to detail, and work well independently and as part of a team.

Key Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

· Maintain daily production planning and scheduling, and inventory control.

· Oversee and participate in the release, creation, adjustment and closure of job orders

· Analyze inventory levels, production plans and schedules, and capacity requirements; take action to meet current and future business needs.

· Work cross-functionally throughout the business to identify issues and opportunities and remove barriers.

· Accountable and responsible for all SubOp documentation and communication with Procurement.

Internal ERP systems liaison with employees and external software provider and external IT support.

· Support and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Lead document and records control processes, systems, and training.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, materials management or related field.
Understanding of manufacturing processes for metal fabrication, powder coating and assembly, and ISO 9001 experience preferred.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
