We are searching for a Plastic Fabricator to join our Production Team!

1st Shift: Monday-Friday , 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; with voluntary overtime as needed.

About Us

JC Finley Company is a 30+ year-old family-owned distributor and fabricator of plastic display cases, signage, POP/POS displays, window graphics, standing displays, hygienic stations, and industrial components. Production processes include CNC cutting and routing, laser cutting & etching, UV gluing, and large format printing.

SUMMARY

We have an immediate need for a Plastic Fabricator to work in our production area. Assemble clear acrylic retail displays and custom counter top display cases.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble acrylic displays according to customer specifications.
Ensure finish quality meets fabrication requirements.
Random inspection of material quality before and after finishing process.
Maintain production schedule.
Meet production capacity fill rates.
Report defects and visible variation in product quality.
Communicate with fabrication supervisor regarding defective assembly components.
Maintain a safe and clean workstation.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Follow all safety and production procedures.
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
Quality conscious and attention to detail.

Able to read tape measure and accurately measure products.
Ability to perform several tasks concurrently.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
