Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Dealership Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team and drive exceptional business growth. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the dealership sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and support.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the dealership’s market share within the local community and beyond.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting new clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and B2B outreach to closing high-end deals.
Cultivate relationships with prospective customers via phone, in-person meetings, and digital channels, ensuring a positive customer journey from inquiry to sale.
Conduct engaging public speaking presentations at local events or marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and brand awareness.
Negotiate deals confidently with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
Oversee inventory management and control to align stock levels with market demand and sales strategies.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize follow-up activities.
Support upselling efforts by identifying additional vehicle features or services that enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, effective communication skills, and a friendly demeanor at all times.
Monitor retail math metrics such as gross profit per unit, closing ratios, and overall dealership performance to inform strategic decisions.
Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and compliance documentation in accordance with dealership policies.

Experience

Proven experience in automotive or high-end retail sales management with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Extensive background in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, and outbound sales strategies.
Demonstrated success in negotiation and deal-closing within a dealership or similar environment.
Familiarity with CRM software systems for managing customer relationships effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Experience in inventory management, retail math calculations, and inventory control processes.
Ability to deliver compelling public presentations or speeches that engage audiences and promote products confidently.
