Medication Tech | Full-Time | Overnight Shift

We’re currently hiring a Medication Tech for our overnight shift who is passionate about helping others and providing dependable, compassionate care throughout the night.

What You’ll Do

Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to the appropriate team member.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassion and dignity in every interaction.
Respond to resident needs throughout the overnight shift and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
Build meaningful connections with residents and your fellow team members.
Contribute to a positive and supportive community where everyone feels valued.

What We’re Looking For

Medication administration experience or applicable training/certification based on California requirements.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
Dependability and the ability to work consistently during overnight hours.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
