Position Type: Full-Time (Up to 40 hours per week), Part-Time (25 to 30 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager who is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Position Summary

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations while leading a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and experienced in managing teams, driving sales, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high operational standards. You will play a key role in building team culture, ensuring smooth store operations, and creating a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Guest Experience

Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards at all times.
Create a welcoming, positive, and energetic atmosphere for customers and staff.
Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently.
Build customer loyalty by ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
Lead by example through strong communication, professionalism, and hospitality.

Store Operations

Oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure efficient workflow during high-volume service periods.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies, ingredients, and packaging.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Manage cash handling, deposits, register reconciliation, and POS system operations.

Team Leadership & Development

Hire, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and employee development.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency.
Promote accountability, teamwork, and strong workplace culture.

Sales & Performance

Support sales growth by maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Help implement promotions, upselling strategies, and local marketing initiatives.
Analyze customer feedback and operational trends to improve overall performance.

Health & Safety

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.
Ensure all staff follow proper food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Conduct routine inspections and address any operational or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 to 2 years of management or leadership experience in restaurant, fast food, or customer service environments.
Strong customer service and people management skills.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and basic computer skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
