FRETS Barbershop & Salon is a locally owned shop opening soon in Pensacola.

Our vision is simple: create a salon and barbershop that professionals are proud to work in and clients genuinely love coming back to.

Clients aren’t numbers and they’re not just another appointment on the schedule. They’re people who trust us with their appearance, their confidence, and often a little bit of their story. We take that responsibility seriously.

We’re looking for barbers and stylists who feel the same way. Professionals who care about their craft, take pride in their work, and understand that great service goes beyond technical skill. The best professionals don’t just do hair for people…they do hair for a person.

What We Offer

Guaranteed hourly pay or commission, whichever is higher.
