Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. In this role, you will create engaging lesson plans, foster a positive classroom atmosphere, and support the holistic development of children across early childhood education stages. Your enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to student success will help shape confident, curious, and capable learners. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating literacy education, math, science, social studies, and creative arts.
Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies.
Use learning technology tools to enhance instruction and engage students in interactive learning experiences.
Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing observations to tailor instruction accordingly.
Provide individualized support and tutoring for students with diverse needs, including those with autism or requiring early intervention strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, special education initiatives, and school-wide programs to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Mentor new teachers or interns, sharing best practices in classroom management, lesson planning, and working with children of varying developmental stages.
Incorporate library services and resources into lessons to foster literacy skills and a love of reading among students.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress, behavior, and upcoming activities through conferences or written reports.

Qualifications

Proven classroom experience in elementary education or early childhood education settings.
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in teaching physical education, literacy education, and math instruction.
Experience working with students with special needs or in private school environments is preferred.
Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment methods including standardized testing.
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing learning environment.
Knowledge of learning technology tools and resources to support diverse learners.
Certification or licensure in elementary education or relevant fields such as Montessori or early intervention programs is advantageous.
