Our taquerias are filled with good vibes and delicious food. Experience the authentic taste of Mexico at The Taco Stand. Founded in San Diego, we bring the vibrant flavors of Tijuana to locations nationwide.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of in a fast casual restaurant management experience.
Must possess strong leadership skills.
Strong communication skills
Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
May lift materials and/or product up to 50 pounds or more.
Valid food handler card, or able to obtain one prior to the completion of training.

Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and develop your team, creating and fostering a strong, positive, and productive teamwork culture and environment.

Guest Experience: Ensure genuine, welcoming, responsive service, resolve complaints, and maintain high satisfaction.

Operations: Manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and ensure adherence to all company policies and regulations while overseeing all aspects of daily operations.

Financial Analysis: Track and analyze financial performance, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Safety and Compliance: Protect the people and the business with strong safety and food safety oversight, complying with all policies and regulations.
