Take ownership of a highly visible role where you oversee daily operations, financial flow, and employee support in a growing business. As an Office Manager / Bookkeeper, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the organization running smoothly while partnering closely with leadership.

Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager / Bookkeeper:

Manage accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and customer accounts
Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records and reporting
Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance
Oversee daily office operations, vendor relationships, and purchasing
Act as a central resource for leadership as the Office Manager / Bookkeeper supporting business operations

Qualifications for the Office Manager / Bookkeeper:

5+ yrs experience across bookkeeping, payroll, HR, and office operations
Hands-on payroll processing experience required
Accounts receivable and HR administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting or ERP systems required for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper
