Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards. The CNC Operator will work in a fast-paced factory environment, utilizing various tools and technologies to produce precision parts.

Duties

Operate CNC milling machines and stamping presses to produce components according to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to set up machines for production runs.
Conduct quality control checks on finished products, ensuring they meet required tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or production processes as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and quality inspections.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing facility.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD software.
Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation within CNC machinery.
Experience with welding techniques is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of quality control processes and standards within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
