Practice Manager

Medical Solution Center is a growing Primary Care and Med-Spa organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional, efficient, and compassionate environment.
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and execution-driven Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff performance, and ensure operational excellence across both clinical and administrative functions.
This position is best suited for a hands-on healthcare leader with strong Primary Care operational experience who understands the demands of value-based care, managed care performance metrics, patient outcomes, and team accountability.
Candidates without prior Primary Care Practice Management experience will not be considered.
Position Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the practice, including clinical workflow oversight, staff leadership, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and managed care performance initiatives.
This is not a passive administrative role. The ideal candidate must demonstrate urgency, ownership, follow-through, and the ability to lead decisively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Essential Responsibilities Clinical & Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations across the practice
- Ensure efficient patient flow and timely completion of patient care tasks
- Monitor staffing coverage, workflow efficiency, and operational productivity
- Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
- Review clinical documentation and operational processes for accuracy and compliance
- Proactively identify operational challenges and implement solutions quickly
Managed Care & Value-Based Care Oversight
- Manage and monitor HEDIS quality measures and performance initiatives
- Oversee care gap closure processes and patient outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to improve quality outcomes and Medicare Advantage performance metrics
- Maintain working knowledge of Managed Care plans, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage programs
- Support population health initiatives and quality improvement strategies
- Track performance metrics and ensure timely reporting and follow-through
Staff Leadership & Accountability
- Lead, coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable while maintaining professionalism and consistency
- Support staff development, performance improvement, and operational training
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered service
- Serve as liaison between providers, staff, vendors, and executive leadership
Technology & Administrative Requirements (Critical)
Advanced computer proficiency is REQUIRED.
Candidates must be comfortable working across multiple digital platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced medical environment.
Required Proficiency:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Google Workspace / Google Docs
- Email and calendar management systems
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience strongly preferred
Ability To:
- Type efficiently and accurately
- Create, edit, and manage spreadsheets, reports, and operational documents
- Track data and manage workflows digitally in real-time
- Communicate professionally across digital platforms
Candidates without strong computer literacy and healthcare systems experience will not be considered.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of Primary Care Practice Management experience REQUIRED
- Strong working knowledge of:
- HEDIS quality measures
- Care gap closure initiatives
- Managed Care
- Medicare & Medicare Advantage plans
- Value-based care models
- Prior supervisory and team leadership experience REQUIRED
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead decisively while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Current BLS/CPR Certification preferred
- Experience in Primary Care operations REQUIRED
- ECW/eClinicalWorks experience strongly preferred
- Flexible schedule with occasional after-hours operational needs
