Full Job Description

Overview

A private couple in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to assist with the maintenance of their private formal estate. The Executive Housekeeper will report to the Estate Manager and the family office, and will also work directly with the principals and their team of 1-3 other housekeepers. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning of residence working alongside other household staff
Laundry and ironing of clothing and linens, caring for fine garments, travel packing/unpacking
All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence; vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, proper garbage disposal, etc.
Always maintaining the household guest ready
Maintaining household inventory organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
Hands-on care for furniture; polishing fine surfaces, silver care & maintenance
Assist with flower arrangements
Providing excellent service to principals and guest

This is a full-time position, Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Salary: $90k – $100k DOE Benefits: Full-benefits package available (Health insurance, vacation, sick days, OT, 401K + discretionary bonuses

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years related work experience in a private residence
Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion
Ambitions and Hard-working, always willing to go the extra mile
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent references from current and previous employers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
Professional, polished, and poised at all times
Hands-on with good attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and an attention to detail
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility in schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Valid US work authorization
