WHAT IS THE JOB?
This isn’t your typical part-time job.
We’re looking for charismatic, outgoing people who know how to create an unforgettable experience.
Most of our events happen Friday–Sunday, making this perfect if you already have a day job, freelance, train clients, teach classes, or simply want to make serious extra money on the weekends.

Are you an experienced bartender who can do more than just make a great drink?
Can you work a room, talk to strangers, entertain guests, and make people feel like you’ve known them forever?
The Cocktail Crew handles:
- Weddings
- Corporate events
- Private parties
- Upscale celebrations
- Cocktail classes
You’ll bartend professionally while bringing the personality and energy that makes our events different.
2+ years of bartending experience required.
COCKTAIL BOYS — BACHELORETTE & PARTY HOSTS
Can you walk into a room and instantly change the energy?
Are you comfortable being the center of attention?
Can you make a group of strangers feel like your best friends within minutes?
Do you know how to keep a party going when everyone else starts slowing down?
Can you lead games, hype up a crowd, serve drinks, take photos, and make people laugh — all while looking like you’re having the time of your life?
Then you might be a Cocktail Boy.
You’ll help create unforgettable bachelorette parties and private events by:
Leading drinking games
Entertaining guests
Serving drinks
Taking photos & videos
Keeping the energy high
Creating memorable moments
Making sure everyone has an incredible time
No bartending experience required.
We’re not looking for a perfect résumé.
We’re looking for personality.

Paid training starts at $20/hr.

We pay you for your onboarding and training.
Bartenders can also complete our bartending training and keep their certification forever.
