Patient Concierge / Patient Coordinator

Revive Wellness Centers - Palm Springs

We are specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury hospitality, luxury retail, beauty/skincare, or another high-touch customer experience environment.

This is not a traditional medical front-office role. The ideal candidate is polished, relationship-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable educating patients about treatments, skincare and memberships.

What You'll Do

Welcome every patient with genuine warmth and professionalism

· Create a five-star patient experience from arrival through checkout

· Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries with confidence and enthusiasm

· Schedule consultations and treatments

· Educate patients on memberships, skincare products, and available services

· Assist providers in maintaining efficient daily schedules

· Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient communications

· Process payments and maintain accurate records

· Keep the reception area beautiful, organized, and patient-ready

· Collaborate closely with providers and leadership to deliver an exceptional patient experience

Preferred Qualifications

· 1+ year of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, concierge medicine, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service

· Experience using EMR or scheduling software preferred

· Strong computer skills

· Professional written and verbal communication

· Ability to work independently

· Positive attitude

· Team-oriented mindset
