Responsibilities

Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments efficiently
Verify insurance and explain benefits
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements
Collect payments and accurately post transactions
Answer phones professionally
Coordinate patient follow-up
Help keep the schedule productive and organized
Support the team wherever needed

Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)

Minimum qualifications:

At least 2 years of dental front office experience in a general dental practice (required)
Experience with dental insurance verification and benefits
Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
Comfortable answering multiple phone lines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Preferred:

Open Dental experience
Knowledge of PPO insurance
Treatment coordinating experience

Please do not apply if you do not have prior dental front office experience.
