Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through effective relationship management and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Skills

Strong verbal and written communication that is friendly, clear, and professional
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling platforms)
Ability to follow scripts and sales processes while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Demonstrable professionalism, integrity, honesty, and kindness
Coachable and open to feedback and eager to improve

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management.
Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and convert prospects into recurring customers.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to expand market reach.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Provide ongoing account management to ensure retention and growth of existing accounts.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales
Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience in lead generation, territory sales, and account management is a plus.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations effectively and engage clients during presentations.
Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
