Full Job Description

White Spruce Trailer Sales is looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. From greeting customers to customer support, White Spruce is dedicated to its clientele. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Shift Tuesday - Saturday 8:30AM - 5PM

Responsibilities

Organize office and assist team in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Greet customers as they enter the facility and point them in the right direction
Assist in stocking parts as well as inventory counts
Primary lead on facility appearance, including organization and cleanliness
Coordinate with other sales offices to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist duties

Skills

Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
Proficiency in customer service skills
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Forward thinking
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office suite
