What Can You Build Here?

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teams across Engineering, CNC Programming, Quality, Production, and Operations while gaining exposure to different technologies and manufacturing challenges.

You may have the opportunity to:

Expand your knowledge of CNC and Swiss machining
Work with automation, robotics, cobots, and evolving manufacturing technology
Develop experience with tooling, fixtures, and workholding
Improve cycle times, throughput, quality, and efficiency
Participate in process-development and continuous-improvement projects
Strengthen your root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
Take ownership of projects and see the results of your work on the manufacturing floor
Build experience that can prepare you for greater technical or leadership responsibility
