Zenpack is an award-winning custom packaging company with over a decade of design and production excellence. Our work has been recognized by the iF Design Award, Pentawards, The Dieline, and other leading industry competitions, with wins spanning six consecutive years.

We operate with in-house strategists, structural engineers, graphic designers, and project managers across the US, Taiwan, and China, delivering premium packaging from concept to manufacturing to fulfillment.

The Opportunity

At Zenpack, closing a deal is just the beginning. Once a client is on board, the real work starts. That's where you come in.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients after the sale. You'll manage projects through production, coordinate across our US, Taiwan, and China teams, and make sure every order is delivered on time, on spec, and to standard. You're the person clients trust to keep things moving and to solve problems before they become issues.

This is a role for someone who is organized, communicative, and genuinely enjoys managing complexity across different cultures and time zones.

What You'll Do

- Own client relationships from contract through delivery, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

- Coordinate between US clients and production and design teams in China and Taiwan

- Manage timelines, track order status, and proactively communicate updates to clients

- Review specs, samples, and production details to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery

- Handle revisions, issue resolution, and change orders efficiently and professionally

- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including project status, communications, and follow-ups

- Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts and flag them to the sales team

- Partner with business development to ensure smooth client onboarding after handoff

Who You Are

- 3-6 years of account management, project coordination, or client success experience in a B2B environment

- Background in packaging, print, manufacturing, or a related industry is strongly preferred

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required — you will communicate directly with production and design teams based in China and Taiwan on a regular basis

- Detail-oriented and organized; you can manage multiple projects simultaneously without things falling through the cracks

- Strong communicator who can translate client needs into clear internal briefs and vice versa

- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures

- HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) proficiency

- Based in the San Jose Bay Area; able to work from our San Jose office
