Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our restaurant’s exceptional guest experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining moments, whether it’s guiding guests through our menu or upselling specialty drinks. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Process all sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Experience

Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, especially in fine dining environments
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable
Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service enhances your ability to upsell effectively
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is essential for maintaining quality standards
