Overview

Join our team as an Accountant/Bookkeeper, where your expertise will drive accurate financial management and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of accounting systems and software, supporting the organization’s financial health and integrity. You will be instrumental in maintaining precise records, reconciling accounts, and managing financial data with transparency and professionalism. Duties

Manage daily bookkeeping activities including data entry, journal entries, and double-entry bookkeeping to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions for a multi entity - organization company.
Reconcile general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and bank statements regularly to maintain financial accuracy.
Prepare detailed financial reports, conduct account analysis, and assist with budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making.
Handle confidential information with integrity while managing sensitive financial data securely.
Support month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliation and journal entry posting to ensure timely reporting.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts including debits & credits, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis.
Experience with technical accounting practices and familiarity with public accounting standards.
Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools—especially Excel—for data analysis and spreadsheet management.
Excellent numeracy skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure precise account reconciliation and balance sheet accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
