Senior Account Executive

Location: Remote (US) Category: Sales Reports to: Head of Sales

What We’re Looking For

Are you a closer? Someone who can take a deal from first call to signature without losing momentum along the way? Vista Social is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business with larger, more complex accounts. You’ll work directly with brands, agencies, and multi-location businesses that want to simplify and scale how they manage social media across bigger teams and more sophisticated workflows.

You’ll take qualified pipeline from our marketing team, reseller network, and partner channels, and run it end to end. Discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close. You need to be confident owning a number and comfortable navigating longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and procurement involved. You should also be genuinely excited about a product that’s still moving fast, including the rollout of Vista Social’s AI-powered agent capabilities, which are quickly becoming central to how we sell and how customers get value.

You’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success. This is a role for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and hits their targets consistently.

What You’ll Do

Own a full-cycle sales process for larger accounts, from qualified discovery call through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
Deliver product demos that actually connect to what the prospect cares about, not a generic walkthrough
Build and manage pipeline from marketing, reseller, and partner-sourced leads, while also generating a significant portion of your own through targeted outreach
Write proposals and structure pricing in a way that meets client needs and sets up long-term account growth
Guide prospects through the buying process as a trusted advisor, helping them think through plan selection, team structure, and implementation across larger organizations
Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes, including procurement and legal, to keep deals moving
Negotiate contract terms and pricing so deals close in a way that works for both sides
Spot and pursue expansion opportunities in your closed accounts, working alongside customer success
Hit or beat your monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep pipeline and forecasting data accurate and current in HubSpot
Work cross-functionally with support, CS, and product so the post-sale handoff is smooth and the customer experience holds up

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of hitting or beating quota on larger deal sizes
Experience selling to larger accounts with multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles, and procurement or legal involvement
Real discovery skills. You ask good questions and actually listen before you pitch
Presentation skills that make a demo feel tailored, not templated
Negotiation chops. You can hold your ground on value and still get deals across the line
CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred). Your pipeline data is clean because you keep it that way
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where the product and the process are both still evolving
Familiarity with a modern sales methodology, like MEDDIC, SPICED, or Sandler, is a plus
Background in social media, martech, or agency-adjacent SaaS helps, but it’s not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000 USD.

The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is $140,000 – $180,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and performance-based variable pay.
