Full Job Description

Join one of 30A’s premier fine dining kitchens.

Ambrosia Prime Seafood & Steaks is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences nightly. We are a high-volume, upscale restaurant focused on precision, consistency, and elevated execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with and assist our Chef Partner, helping drive standards, develop the team, and maintain excellence across the kitchen.

What You’ll Do

Support and lead daily kitchen operations and service
Work alongside the Chef Partner to maintain and elevate standards
Help manage and develop BOH staff
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
Oversee prep, service flow, and closing procedures
Assist with food cost, inventory, and ordering
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in a leadership role (Sous or Executive Sous preferred)
Background in upscale or fine dining kitchens
Strong knowledge of seafood and steak preparation
Proven leadership and team development skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
