Full Job Description

Pay range reflects that position could be part-time or full-time depending on candidate availability and employer need.

High Distinction Logistics LLC is seeking a hard working, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to assist our owner with a variety of technical and administrative tasks. Applicants need to be go-getters who can solve problems and pick up new skills quickly with an eye for opportunities to do more. Positive, can-do attitude is a must. We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for more support as we take on new opportunities. The primary goal of this position is to maximize the owner's time on growth opportunities and high level tasks while making sure nothing is missed. This position is flexible and for the right person can be a full-time or part-time position.

Responsibilities and Skills

Manage and maintain owner's calendar including meetings, travel, and deadlines
Manage and maintain owner's communications such as email, mail, and other social medias
Conduct research for new projects
Manage/oversee completion of tasks for other employees
Develop reports and assist with presentations with accuracy and clean editing
Maintain multiple projects at once while keeping track of details
Interact with stakeholders with professionalism and business etiquette
Communicate both verbally and in writing with professionalism and effectiveness
Assist with event planning
Perform clerical duties such as filing and data management.
Occasional trips to North Las Vegas or St. George UT
1-2 in-person meetings/week in North Las Vegas, NV (plus potential errands). Work from home otherwise.
Other tasks as needed.

Experience and Requirements

A track record demonstrating above requirements or adjacent skills. Secretary or Personal/Executive Assistant experience preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.
Ability to pick up new software quickly; comfortable with technology.
Preferred background in administrative tasks including calendar management, transcription, proofreading, data entry, filing, and clerical support.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Driver's license
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
